1. Click on the blueSearch here ..... button next to message in red.

2. Use the drop down to SELECT your NAME from the list.

3. Compare the details with the one on your placement form to make sure yourHASHED INDEX NO., GENDER, GRADE, RESIDENCY AND PROGRAM are the same.

4. You then enter your FULL INDEX NUMBER in the last text field and click on CONTINUE to be redirected to the admission page.

5. RE-ENTER YOUR FULL INDEX NUMBER AGAIN AND CLICK ON PROCEED.
